On June 9,2018,China convened the 18th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(hereinafter referred to as the "SCO")in Qingdao,Shandong Province,as its rotating presidency.Under the background of new development after the expansion of the SCO,the Qingdao summit has painted a blueprint for the development of the SCO in the new era,which has had a profound impact on the development of the SCO.
