HXD2B型机车是我国铁路干线主要货运机车,随着机车运用里程的增加,机车冷却风机接触器故障频发,造成机车质量不稳。针对HXD2B型机车C4修后发生的典型冷却风机接触器故障原因进行分析,提出改进和预防措施,确保机车修后质量,保障机车运用安全。

HXD2B locomotive is the main freight locomotive in our country.With the increase in the mileage of locomotives,many contactor failures of locomotive cooling fans make the quality of the locomotive unstable.In this paper,the cause of typical failure of the cooling fan contactor after C4 maintenance has been analyzed,the improvement and preventive measures are put forward to ensure the quality of locomotive maintenance and ensure the safety of locomotive operation.
