基于TOPSIS法的共享单车决策分析

摘要 为使单车用户在有多种共享单车的前提下做最好的出行选择,从单车收费标准、硬件、数量等方面建立共享单车决策指标体系。目前市场上的共享单车品牌多达数十家,各具优缺点,使得用户在出行时出现了选择困难。在TOPSIS法的基础上,构建共享单车决策模型,对各个共享单车品牌进行排序,使用户在选择时更为简单方便、合理。同时,该模型可为共享单车企业了解用户需求提供参考,对提升企业自身竞争力具有一定的指导意义。 In order to enable bike users to make the best travel choices on the premise of having a variety of shared bikes,The decision-making index system of shared bicycle is established from the aspects of fee standard,hardware,quantity and so on.At present,there are dozens of shared bike brands in the market,each of which has advantages and disadvantages,which makes it difficult for users to choose when they travel.On the basis of TOPSIS method,the decision-making model of shared bicycle is constructed,and the brands of each shared bike are sorted,which makes the user more simple,convenient and reasonable in choosing.At the same time,the model can provide a reference for sharing bicycle enterprises to understand the needs of users,and has some guiding significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
