摘要
目的探讨壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂联合喜炎平注射剂治疗Ⅰ类切口的疗效。方法 125例Ⅰ类切口患者,随机分为对照组(56例)与观察组(69例)。对照组患者采取括抗菌、消炎、外用药等常规治疗;观察组患者采用壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂联合喜炎平注射剂治疗。比较两组患者住院时间、切口愈合情况及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者切口愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度为95.65%(66/69),显著高于对照组患者的80.36%(45/56),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂联合喜炎平注射剂治疗Ⅰ类切口的疗效显著,可以有效缩短病程、使切口加快愈合,减少感染切口抗菌药物的使用,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of chitosan antibacterial film-forming spray combined with Xiyanping injection on type Ⅰ incision. Methods A total of 125 patients with type I incision were randomly divided into control group(56 cases) and experimental group(69 cases). The control group received conventional therapy of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and topical medication, and the observation group received chitosan antibacterial film-forming spray combined with Xiyanping injection for treatment. Comparison were made on hospitalization time, incision healing condition and treatment satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results The observation group had significantly shorter hospitalization time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously better incision healing condition than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher treatment satisfaction degree as 95.65%(66/69) than 80.36%(45/56) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of chitosan antibacterial film-forming spray and Xiyanping injection shows remarkable efficacy in treating type Ⅰ incision, and it can effectively shorten course of disease, accelerate wound healing and reduce the use of antibiotics in infected wounds. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
