依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗急性荨麻疹疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of ebastine tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on acute urticaria

目的观察依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗急性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 90例急性荨麻疹患者,按就诊次序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组患者给予依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗;对照组患者采用依巴斯汀片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3 h后,治疗组患者总有效率为35.6%,与对照组的26.7%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1 d后,治疗组患者总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组的62.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,治疗组患者总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者头晕、胃不适症状较轻,均能耐受,不影响继续治疗。结论依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗急性荨麻疹疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ebastine tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on acute urticaria. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute urticaria were divided by visiting order into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ebastine tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets, and the control group was treated with ebastine tablets. Comparison were made on treatment effect, recurrence conditions and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results After 3 h of treatment, the treatment group had no statistically significant in total effective rate as 35.6%, comparing with 26.7% in the control group(P>0.05). After 1 d of treatment, the treatment group had higher total effective rate as 86.7% than 62.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 5 d of treatment, the treatment group had higher total effective rate as 93.3% than 73.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group had lower recurrence rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in occurrence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). The symptoms of dizziness and stomach discomfort were mild and could be tolerated without affecting the continued treatment. Conclusion Combination of ebastine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets shows significant efficacy in treating acute urticaria.
