摘要
本文以水稻秸秆机械化还田技术为研究对象,对FM200反转旋耕灭茬机的基本结构、性能、特点和关键部件进行了分析。对灭茬机的机架进行了应力分析与扭转工况分析,检验是否满足强度要求,通过分析与计算得出满足设计强度要求。
In this paper,the basic structure,performance,characteristics and key components of FM200 reverse rotary tillage and smashing machine were analyzed.The stress analysis and torsion condition analysis of the frame of the smashing machine were carried out to verify whether the strength requirements were met,and the strength requirements were met through analysis and design.
