高职人才培养生态系统:内涵、问题及优化路径研究

在社会主义生态文明新时代背景下,社会对高职教育提出了新的期待和要求,高职人才培养生态系统出现了高职人才培养的特色生态功能遭到解构、生态环境异化、高职生态弹性力和生态承载力强度不足等问题。为重构健康的人才培养生态,高职院校应遵循开放性、整体性、可持续发展、和谐共生等原则,整合社会生态教育资源,优化人才培养生态环境,建立人才培养生态的良性循环秩序,树立师生和谐共生的教育观。

Under the background of the new era of socialist ecological civilization,society has put forward new expectations and requirements for higher vocational education. There are some problems in the talent cultivation ecosystem of higher vocational colleges:the characteristic ecological functions of higher vocational talents are deconstructed, the ecological environment is alienated,and the elasticity and strength of the higher vocational ecological carrying capacity are insufficient. In order to reconstruct healthy talents, higher vocational colleges should follow the principles of openness, integrity, sustainable development, and harmonious symbiosis. Integrate social and ecological education resources, optimize talents to cultivate ecological environment, establish a virtuous circle of talents to cultivate ecology, and establish an educational concept of harmonious coexistence between teachers and students to achieve it.
