摘要 围绕食品生物技术专业人才培养目标,从创新创业知识目标、素质目标和能力目标三个方面定位食品生物技术专业"双创"人才培养目标,构建了由创新创业课程平台、创新实践平台和创业实践平台组建的"三元"创新创业人才培养模式,将专业教育与"双创"教育有机融合,培养出具有既具有食品生物技术的专业知识又具备创新创业意识和能力的"双创"型人才。在近几年的探索与实践过程中,取得了一定的成效。 Focusing on the training objectives of food biotechnology professionals, the paper aims at locating the “double innovation” talents of food biotechnology from three aspects: innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge goal, quality goal and ability goal, and has built a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, an innovative practice platform and The “three yuan” innovation and entrepreneurship training model established by the entrepreneurial practice platform organically integrates professional education with “double innovation” education, and cultivates talents of “double creation” with both professional knowledge of food biotechnology and innovation and entrepreneurship. Certain results have been achieved in the process of exploration and practice in recent years.
