摘要
默顿的"失范理论"继承涂尔干的结构分析模式,他认为失范的根源就是文化目标与制度手段之间的张力结构,根据两者的不同组合,分析了五种适应类型。从默顿的失范理论出发,探究高职学校的学生在面临不同文化目标和制度化手段的不同适应行为,以此为基础分析其行为失范的主要原因,并为高职院校防范和矫正学生的失范行为提出预防和改进措施。
Merton’s anomie theory developed Durkheim’s model of structural analysis. He thinks the root of anomie is tensile structure between cultural objectives and institutional measures. This paper analyzed five adaptive forms according to the different combinations of the two. Starting with Merton’s anomie theory, this paper explored higher vocational students face different cultural objectives and institutional measures will have different adaptive behavior. On this basis, this paper will analyze the main reasons of behavior anomie, corresponding improvement and precautionary measures will be put forward.
