Research on the Guidance Ability of College Counselors in Employment and Entrepreneurship based on the “Internet +”

目前,我国面临着严峻的就业压力,高校辅导员在大学生就业创业中发挥着巨大作用,辅导员指导就业创业工作水平的高低对我国高校毕业生就业工作有着重大影响。文章以"互联网+"为研究背景,研究了互联网经济的特点与辅导员工作的联系及我国高校创业就业教育工作的现状及问题,重点探讨了辅导员在互联网经济背景下开展就业创业指导能力的途径和对策,以期能对我国大学生就业工作有所帮助。

At present, China is facing severe employment pressure. College counselors play a huge role in the employment and entrepreneurship of college students. The level of counselor’s guidance on employment and entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the employment of college graduates in China. Based on the research background of “Internet +”, this paper studies the relationship between the characteristics of Internet economy and the work of counselors and the status quo and problems of entrepreneurial employment education in colleges and universities in China, focusing on the ways and countermeasures for counselors to carry out the guidance and employment ability of employment and entrepreneurship in the context of Internet economy, in order to help the employment of college students in China.
