摘要
城市群发展是城市发展高级阶段,针对城市群房地产开发与区域经济水平融合度问题,以五大城市群为样本空间,采用2006-2016年数据进行分析。模型验证结果得出:第一,从时间维度上看,各个城市群房地产开发与区域经济增长水平耦合度关系不稳定、耦合协调度呈现出低度协调耦合,但呈现由低度协调耦合向高度协调耦合转变态势。第二,从个体城市上看,部分大中城市房地产开发与区域经济增长水平耦合度不高,仅仅个别城市耦合协调度为中度协调耦合。因此,应当合理进行房地产开发,促进区域经济增长水平稳定协调发展。
The development of urban agglomeration is an advanced stage of urban development. Based on the problem of the integration of real estate development and regional economic level in urban agglomerations, the five major urban agglomerations are used as sample space, and the data from 2006 to 2016 are used for analysis. The results of model verification are as follows: Firstly, from the time dimension, the coupling degree between real estate development and regional economic growth level of each urban agglomeration is unstable, and the coupling coordination degree shows low coordination coupling, but it is changing from low coordination coupling to high coordination coupling. Second, from the perspective of individual cities, the coupling degree between real estate development and regional economic growth in some large and medium-sized cities is not high, and only the coupling coordination degree of individual cities is moderately coordinated. Therefore, real estate development should be rationally carried out to promote the stable and coordinated development of regional economic growth.
