摘要
创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭源泉。因此社会的各个领域都不能墨守成规,应该锐意进取、勇于创新。作为一名烹饪工作者,笔者从烹饪的视角,针对菜肴的改良途径与创新策略展开论述。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and the inexhaustible source of a country’s prosperity. Therefore, all areas of society, should not stick to the rules, but should be enterprising and innovative. As a cook, from the perspective of cooking, the author discussed the ways to improve dishes and innovative strategies.
