摘要
食品安全健康是现代人最关注的问题之一,其中一大问题就是兽药残留。农牧产品和水产品的质量安全问题越来越严重,急需开发出快速、有效、简便且容易实施的农药兽药检测技术。现有的检测技术如超声波辅助提取、超临界流体萃取、微波辅助萃取以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)、毛细管电泳(CE)、液质联用(LC-MS)等,都能有效测定兽药残留情况。运用这些方式实现自动化检测,可减少测定中可能产生的误差,处理简便快速。本文对检测技术的基本原理和特点进行简单阐述,对未来的兽药残留分析技术发展方向做展望。
Food safety and health has become one of the most concerned problems of modern people, one of which is veterinary drug residues. The quality and safety problems of agricultural and animal husbandry products and aquatic products are becoming more and more serious. It is urgent to develop rapid, effective and easy to implement pesticide and veterinary drug detection technology. Existing detection technologies, such as ultrasound-assisted extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), capillary electrophoresis (CE), and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), can effectively determine veterinary drug residues. Using these methods to realize automatic detection can reduce the errors that may occur in the measurement, and the processing is simple and fast. In this paper, the basic principles and characteristics of detection technology are briefly described, and the future development direction of veterinary drug residue analysis technology is prospected.
