摘要
本文以生产牡丹籽油后牡丹籽壳为原料,采用超声波辅助萃取技术,用乙醇为提取剂,提取牡丹籽壳中的黑色素,通过旋转蒸发的减压蒸馏方法获取黑色素的粗品,再通过热碱溶解、用酸调pH析出沉淀,最后减压、过滤、干燥得到牡丹籽壳黑色素的精品。对牡丹籽壳黑色素的精品分别用紫外-可见和红外光谱等分析仪器进行化学成分的测定和分析。实验结果表明,采用75%乙醇作为黑色素的提取剂,且提取剂可以循环使用,无污染、无毒、成本低;超声波萃取与常规溶剂萃取相比,时间短(30min)、产率高(> 10%)、条件温和(温度只需45℃),因而节能;阐述了黑色素的生产以及推广的可行性;进行了社会效益和经济效益分析,为牡丹黑色素的开发提供了有价值的科学数据。
In this paper, the peony seed shells after the production of peony seeds oil was used as raw material, the use of ultrasound-assisted extraction with ethanol as extracting solvent, extracting peony husks melanin, melanin obtain crude distillation under reduced pressure by rotary evaporation method, and then by heat base is dissolved by acid pH adjusted precipitated, and finally reduced pressure, filtered and dried to obtain peony seeds shell melanin boutique. Visible and infrared spectroscopy analytical instruments to determine and analyze the chemical composition of the - then peony seeds shell UV melanin boutique respectively. Our results show that 75% ethanol as extraction agent melanin, and the extraction agent may be recycled, non-polluting, non-toxic, low cost;ultrasonic extraction compared to conventional solvent extraction, time is short (30 min), high yield (> 10%), mild conditions (temperature only 45 ℃), thus saving;describes the production of melanin and the feasibility of the promotion;social and economic benefits analysis carried out for the development of melanin peony provide valuable scientific data.
