摘要
目前我国高血压、高血脂和高血糖的患病人数增长迅猛,北京等一线城市的发病率更是不容乐观。本文针对北京市居民对"三高"的认知及消费行为进行了调研,发现民众对于"三高"的发病原因具有一定的认知并且有意识通过食补来改善健康状况,但是仍存在认知不足、购买产品有限等情况。本文最后提出要推广粮油食品精准加工、加强相关功能性食品的研发和重视营养监测和饮食教育等建议。
At present, the number of patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia (“three high”) in China is growing rapidly. Also, the incidence rate in first-tier cities, such as Beijing, is not optimistic. This paper conducted a survey on the cognition and consumption behaviors of Beijing residents for “three high”, and found that the public had a certain level of cognition for the causes of the three high and consciously improved their health condition through dietary supplements. While, there were still insufficient cognition and limited purchase of products. At last, this paper put forward some suggestions, such as promoting the precise processing of grain and oil food, strengthening the research and development of related functional food, and paying attention to nutrition monitoring and diet education.
