摘要 半胱氨酸蛋白酶是蛋白水解酶中的一类超家族。半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(CSTs)通过与半胱氨酸蛋白酶相结合,抑制蛋白酶发生水解反应,参与细胞的应答、衰老、细胞程序化死亡等生理过程。在许多生理和病理生理中都有重要作用,包括细胞存活和增殖、分化、细胞信号传导和免疫调节等方面。本文主要从半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的结构、分类及在胃肠道肿瘤中的表达特点、可能机制进行了概述。 Cysteine protease is a superfamily of proteolytic enzymes.Cysteine protease inhibitors(CSTs)inhibit protease hydrolysis by combining with cysteine protease and participate in physiological processes such as cell response,aging and programmed cell death.CSTs play an important role in many physiological and pathophysiological aspects,including cell survival and proliferation,differentiation,cell signal transduction and immune regulation and so on.This review summarizes the structure,classification,expression characteristics and possible mechanism of CSTs in gastrointestinal tumors.
