ICP-MS法测定不同种类蜂蜜中的微量元素

Determination of Trace Elements in Different Kinds of Honey by ICP-MS

采用ICP-MS法测定不同种类蜂蜜中的微量元素含量。结果表明,蜂蜜中人体所需的K、Na、Ca、Mg等元素含量丰富,但不同种类蜂蜜中微量元素含量有一定差异。而对人体危害较大的Cr、As、Cd、Pb等元素含量低于检出限,说明蜂蜜营养价值高、安全性好。

The content of trace elements in different kinds of honey was determined by ICP-MS.The results showed that the content of K, Na,Ca, Mg and other elements required by the human body in honey was rich,but the content of trace elements in different kinds of honey was different.The content of Cr,As,Cd,Pb and other elements that was harmful to the human body and lower than the detection limit,indicating that honey had high nutritional value and good safety.
