摘要
为充分利用山银花,避免资源浪费及环境污染,本文通过单因素及正交试验,采用浸提法考察了微波预处理时间、提取温度、提取时间及料液比对山银花茎中绿原酸提取效果的影响。经紫外分光光度计检测,确定最佳提取条件为微波预处理时间60 s、提取时间60 min、提取温度78℃,料液比1∶30。在最佳工艺条件下,对比了山银花茎与花中绿原酸的含量差异,表明茎中绿原酸含量为花中的26.47%,为合理利用山银花奠定了技术及理论基础。
In order to make full use of Lonicerae hypoglauca,avoid resource waste and environmental pollution,the effects of microwave pretreatment time, extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction of chlorogenic acid from the branch of Lonicerae hypoglauca were studied by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by UV spectrophotometry: microwave pretreatment time was 60 s, extraction time was 60 min,extraction temperature was 78℃,ratio of material to liquid was 1 :30.The difference of chlorogenic acid content between the branches and flowers of Lonicerae hypoglauca was compared,which indicated that the chlorogenic acid content in the branches was 26.47% of that in the flowers,which laid a technical and theoretical basis for the rational utilization of Lonicerae hypoglauca.
