摘要
文章对2013-2017年间我国东部典型500kV关键输电线路外力破坏大数据进行聚合分析,总结线路外破特点规律并评估现有防外破技术有效性和适用性。对关键输电通道外力破坏的空间分布和时间分布进行总结,归纳外力破坏对于不同电压等级线路的风险特点,讨论关键输电通道外力破坏风险有效控制的理论和方法,最终提出基于气象、雷害定位和视频图像处理技术的智能外破风险预估机制,实现预估线路抗风险能力、输出线路风险评价以及线路动态状态的功能。
In this paper,big data,the external force failure of typical 500kV key transmission lines in eastern China from 2013 to 2017,is aggregated and analyzed,the characteristics of external failure of transmission lines are summarized,and the effectiveness and applicability of the existing anti-external failure technology are evaluated.This paper summarizes the spatial distribution and time distribution of the external force failure of the key transmission channel,sums up the risk characteristics of the external force failure to the lines of different voltage levels,and discusses the theory and method of the effective control of the external force failure risk of the key transmission channel.Finally,an intelligent outbreaking risk prediction mechanism based on meteorology,lightning damage location and video image processing technology is proposed,which realizes the functions of predicting the anti-risk ability of the line,the risk evaluation of the output line and the dynamic state of the line.
