船体建造中焊接检验与质量控制分析

在船体的建造过程中,焊接质量的好坏至关重要,不仅关系到船舶的建造成本,更关系到行驶安全。笔者通过对焊接技术进行研究分析,给出了焊接表面质量和焊接内部质量的相应检测技术,对于焊接前、焊接过程中和焊接后的质量控制进行了分析探讨,得到了相应的原因和预防措施。为相关技术人员学习和进行现场焊接施工提供了参考和指导。

In the process of hull construction,the quality of welding is very important,which is not only related to the construction cost of the ship,but also related to the safety of driving.Through the research and analysis of welding technology,the corresponding testing technology of welding surface quality and welding internal quality is given,and the quality control before,during and after welding is analyzed and discussed.The corresponding causes and preventive measures are obtained.It provides a reference and guidance for the relevant technical personnel to study and carry out on-site welding construction.
