带电更换双串绝缘子连接金具的技术研究

为满足带电更换500kV输电线路双串绝缘横担侧连接金具需求,根据L型联板不同安装方向,研制了更换横担侧连接金具的专用工具,整套工具体积小、重量轻、操作方便,并通过带电更换500kV输电线路横担侧连接金具实际操作,验证了工具的便捷性和安全性。

In order to meet the demand of live replacement of 500kV transmission line double string insulation transverse support side connection fittings,according to different installation directions of L-type connecting plate,a special tool for replacing transverse load side connection fittings is developed.The whole set of tools is small in size,light in weight and convenient in operation.The convenience and safety of the tool are verified by the practical operation of replacing the connecting fittings on the transverse side of 500kV transmission line.
