精细化管理在康复科护理管理中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Refined Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Rehabilitation

目的了解精细化管理在康复科护理管理中的应用情况。方法 2017年7—12月于该院康复科护理管理中开展精细化管理活动,将此阶段作为研究阶段,观察精细化管理开展后该院康复科护理的工作情况,分析护理管理质量提升程度。结果开展精细化管理后该院康复科护理管理质量明显改善,患者对我院护理工作的满意度明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用精细化管理对康复科护理进行管理能够通过一系列更加细致、专业的管理措施,帮助提高护理人员的工作质量,继而提升康复科护理的综合质量,促进医院护理满意度的提高,应用价值较高。

Objective To know the application of refined management in the nursing management in the department of rehabilitation. Methods The refined management activity was developed in the nursing management in the department of rehabilitation in our hospital from July to December 2017, used as the study phrase, and the nursing work condition in our hospital after the development of refined management was observed, and the improvement degree of nursing management quality was analyzed. Results After the development of refined management, the nursing management quality in the department of rehabilitation was obviously improved, and the satisfactory degree to the nursing work in our hospital obviously increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined management in the nursing management in the department of rehabilitation can help nursing staff improve the working quality by a series of more detailed and professional management measures thus improving the comprehensive quality of nursing in the department of rehabilitation thus promoting the improvement of hospital nursing satisfactory degree, with higher application value.
