摘要
目的分析评价普外科护理教学中反思性教学法的应用效果。方法将该院2017年8月—2018年4月普外科临床护理带教学生34名作为研究的对象,按随机分组法分成:观察组17名采取反思性教学法,对照组17名采取常规教学方法,比较两组带教效果。结果在基础知识、护理技能、风险防范意识、护患沟通能力4项考核指标评分方面,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理技能提升花费时间明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反思性教学法在普外科临床护理带教工作中的应用,有助于学生护理理论知识和实践技巧的提高,在临床护理上值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing teaching in the department of general surgery in the reflective teaching method. Methods 34 cases of clinical nursing students in the department of general surgery from August 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 17 cases in each, the observation group used the reflective teaching method, while the control group used the routine teaching method, and the teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results The basic knowledge, nursing skill, risk preventive awareness, and nursing communication ability in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,the different was statisticall significant(P<0.05),and the expenses time of nursing skill improvement in the observation group was obviously faster than that in the control group,the different was statisticall significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of reflective teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching work in the department of general surgery contributes to improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students, and it is worth promotion and application.
