摘要
目的研究护士分层级管理模式在护理管理中的应用。方法选取该院2015年10月—2018年6月护理人员78例,以随机数字表法分实验组(分层级管理)与常规组(常规管理),各39例,观察两组护理质量、考核成绩与满意度。结果与常规组比,实验组工作质量显著,考核成绩优异,满意率高(P<0.05)。结论对护理人员实施分层级管理可以提高其管理质量,为患者提供优质服务。
Objective To study the application effect of nurse hierarchical management model in improving the nursing management quality. Methods 78 cases of nursing staff in our hospita from October 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the experimental group used the hierarchical management, while the routine group used the routine management, and the nursing quality, examination score and satisfactory degree of the two groups were observed. Results The working quality in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the routine group, and the examination score was better, with higher satisfactory rate(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management for nursing staff can improve the management quality, and provide excellent services.
