摘要
本文对一种模块式小堆型号ACP100为研究对象,采用商用工程经济分析软件对其进行了经济优化分析,完成了前期准备工程、核岛工程、常规岛工程、 BOP工程等相关组成部分的概算和估算和两者对比分析,对比了M310、 CP600和ACP100三个核电型号的工程造价,分析了工程费用范围、以及工程基础价、价差预备费、工程固定价、建设期财务费用、工程建成价、铺底流动资金、可抵扣税费、项目计划总资金等财务费用,并对电价敏感性、融资优惠方案变化、融资优惠方案变化进行了分析,最后提出了优化建议和优化方式,为模块式小堆后续工程项目提供了参考。
In this paper,One Small Modular Reactor(SMR)Model-ACP100 is studied.The commercial engineering economic analysis software was used to analysis the ACP100 economic optimization,estimate analysis and evaluate analysis of ACP100 engineering,which include the preparatory engineering,nuclear island project,conventional island engineering,BOP engineering,and so on,are contrast and analysis.The engineering cost of three nuclear power models M310,CP600 and ACP 100 are compared.This paper analyses the scope of project cost,as well as the financial costs such as the basic price of the project,the reserve fee for price difference,the fixed price of the project,the financial cost during the construction period,the construction cost,the Liquidity Fund for laying the foundation,the deductible tax fee and the total fund for the project plan.The sensitivity of electricity price,the change of financing preferential scheme and the change of financing preferential scheme are also analyzed.Finally,the optimization suggestions and optimization methods are put forward, which provide a reference for the follow-up project of small modular reactor.
