摘要
自秦二厂3、 4号机组商运以来,常规岛闭式冷却水泵入口过滤器在夏天高温天气下频繁发生堵塞。过滤器堵塞极易造成运行泵自动跳闸或者泵汽蚀,给机组安全稳定运行带来一定的隐患。清洗过滤器工作整个过程长达约4小时,在此期间运行泵失去备用,若再故障一台泵,单台闭式冷却水泵运行必将导致其冷却的负荷温度超过限制,导致机组降功率甚至停机的严重后果。本文针对这一问题进行分析并提出合理可行的解决方法。
Since Qinshan Phase II unit 3 & 4 came into commercial operation, the conventional island Closed Cooling Water System’s inlet filters blocked frequently in summer under high temperature. Blockage in filters easily led to automatic trip of operating pump or cavitation, and took certain hidden risks keeping safe and stable operation of the units. Also it took almost 4 hours to clean the filters, and during the process, there was no standby pump left. In case one operating pump tripped due to malfunction, the only one left pump must be overloaded and resulted in cooling water temperature going beyond the limit, leading to unit power decrease or even more serious consequence, i.e. shutdown. Hence, this paper analyzed the reason why filter blocked frequently and provided some reasonable and feasible solutions.
