以某高校的办公信息系统为研究对象,结合校内的办公自动化需求,采用基于B/S开发模式和三层架构开发模型,采用PHP和MySQL数据库技术,开发网络办公自动化的方法,并在校园局域网内实现初步功能。在Dreamweaver CS6版本的可视化软件开发平台下,最后通过系统的测试和验证,整个系统能够流畅的运作起来。最后,所设计的系统根据学校的试运行和测试用户反馈情况,系统不但可以提高管理水平和学校事务管理效率,大大节约了公文审批的时间,做到了各项工作集中管理,满足了教务管理、学校运作等功能需求。
