摘要
针对高校新生报到流程,利用"5W1H"及"ECRS四原则"技术分析了存在的主要问题并给出了改善方案。与改善前相比,改善后方案的报到工序减少5个,报到瓶颈时间缩短40%。
This paper focuses on optimizing freshman enrollment process in a university. Some key factors that affect the enrollment process are given by “5W1H” and “ECRS”techniques, and the original enrollment process is improved. The number of procedures is reduced by 5 and cycle time is lowed by 40% comparing with original process.
