学院转型升级后,学科型学院发展的战略地位凸显,其办公室的职能及所承担的任务加重,也面临着新的机遇与挑战。本文针对学科型学院办公室管理中存在的问题进行诊断、反思,从内部体制改革、职能定位、考核机制等方面,浅谈制约学科型学院管理效能的因素与提升策略。

The upgrading of colleges highlights the strategic status of discipline-based colleges.As a result,facing new opportunities and challenges,the administrative offices should tackle more burdensome tasks as to how to function effectively.By analyzing and reflecting on current office management problems in discipline-based colleges,this paper provides a tentative policy of office management innovation in discipline-based colleges in terms of internal structural reform, functioning and evaluation mechanisms.
