摘要
耐蚀性作为不锈钢最为重要的特性,其优劣性与不锈钢表面的钝化膜有关。经过电化学钝化处理的不锈钢表面将生成致密、稳定的钝化膜,有效提升其耐蚀性能。本文阐述了不锈钢电化学钝化的原理及其在田湾核电站不锈钢管道的工程应用案例,通过电位云图检测技术表明电化学钝化处理可有效提高不锈钢表面的耐蚀性能。
Corrosion resistance as the most important feature of stainless steel,its advantages and disadvantages are related to stainless steel surface passivation film.After electrochemical passivation,the stainless steel surface will generate a dense,stable passivation film,effectively improves its corrosion resistance.This article explain the principle of stainless steel electrochemical passivation and its engineering application case in the stainless steel pipeline in JNPC.By potential cloud detection technology shows that electrochemical passivation can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
