浅析含硫原油对储罐的腐蚀现状及防腐蚀措施探讨

Analysis of Corrosion and Anticorrosion Measures of Sulfur Containing Crude oil to Storage Tank

储罐在原油生产、炼制、成品油销售及石油战略储备中发挥重要作用,罐体金属腐蚀影响储罐使用寿命、危及储罐使用安全,必须进行防治。为此,介绍了原油中硫的存在形式及腐蚀特性,分析了储罐不同部位腐蚀机理,针对性提出了相应的防腐蚀措施,具有一定借鉴意义。

storage tanks play an important role in the production and refining of crude oil.In order to prevent corrosion,the forms and properties of sulfur in crude oil are introduced.The corrosion mechanism of different parts of storage tanks is analyzed,and the corresponding anti-corrosion measures are put forward,which has certain reference significance.
