内腐蚀风险分析在输气管道安全分析中的应用

Inner Corrosion Analysis to the Safety of Natural Gas Pipeline

某公司在对多个油田群联网供气的过程中,需新建输气管道并将原有管道连接。在该过程中,由于各油田油品不同,联网供气后可能造成新建管道或原有管道的腐蚀,为此在设计阶段对管道进行了安全分析。经安全分析,认为部分管道原计划采用的材质不够合理,存在应力腐蚀开裂风险,部分原有管道将存在严重的CO_2腐蚀风险。

Several oil fields need to connect each other and distribute natural gas supply.In this period,some new natural gas pipelines need to build up to connect the former pipeline.However,the new built pipeline and the former pipeline maybe at the risk of inner corrosion for the corrosive factors in the supplied natural gas,so the risk of inner corrosion was analyzed at the design period.And the analysis results showed that the selected material of some new build pipeline was not reasonable,and has the risk of stress corrosion cracking,some former pipeline has the risk of CO2 corrosion.
