摘要
某核电厂在首次大修腐蚀检查中发现海水管道多个法兰面发生了腐蚀问题。本文通过分析海水管道法兰面的结构特点,得出是由于管道法兰面垫片与法兰密封面尺寸不一致,以及该系统管道涂层与基材存在分层问题而发生了缝隙腐蚀,另外针对法兰面锈蚀问题提出了有效可行的维修措施。
It was found that there were corrosion on the surface of flange in the seawater pipeline during the corrosion inspection.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the flange surface of the seawater pipeline,it is concluded that the crevice corrosion occurs due to the inconsistent size of the flange face gasket and the flange sealing surface of the pipeline,and the delamination of the pipeline coating and the substrate.Effective and feasible maintenance measures are proposed for the problem of flange surface corrosion.
