摘要
根据薄板类工件自动上下料的功能需求,设计了机器人自动冲压工作站的上下料机构。其主要结构分为送料结构、传动结构、和动力源等。该机构的设计及应用将大大降低操作人员的劳动强度,提高产品的生产效率和精度。
According to the functional requirements of automatic loading and unloading of sheet metal parts,The feeding and unloading mechanism of robot automatic stamping workstation is designed.Its main structure is divided into feeding structure,transmission structure,and power source.The design and application of this mechanism will greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators.Improve the production efficiency and accuracy of products.
