应用型地方高校电子类专业多维度一体化创新教育模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of Multi-dimensional Integrated Innovative Education Mode for Electronic Majors in Applied Local University

创新人才的培养是应用型地方高校在转型发展中重要的一环,本文在分析国内外电子类创新教育的基础上,提出了包括转变创新人才观念,改革创新教育模式、加强创新教育教师团队建设、整合学校开放创新平台,带动学生实践创新等几个维度一体化构建创新教育模式的理念。我校电子类专业近年来的创新教育实践表明,在多维度一体化创新教育模式下,学生的创新意识,创新能力得到了较好的提高。

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important part of the transformation and development of applied local university.Based on the analysis of innovation education in electronic field at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea of building innovation education model in several dimensions,including changing the concept of innovative talents,reforming the innovative education model,strengthening the team building of innovative education teachers,integrating the open innovation platform of schools,and promoting students practical innovation.In recent years,the innovative education practice of electronic specialty in our university shows that under the multi-dimensional integrated innovative education mode,student’s innovative consciousness and ability have been improved.
