近年来,我国高校毕业生数量逐年增多,大学生毕业后能否顺利就业,已成为全社会关注的热点问题。加强就业指导,让大学生在毕业前或毕业后较短时间内找到心仪工作,不再"毕业即失业"。就业问题赋予了大学就业指导课程更重的使命。但在实际的大学课堂中,"水课"现象越发严重,就业指导课也成为了一部分学生心目中的"水课",就业指导课"脱水"问题迫在眉睫。
