持续性护理在母婴同室新生儿低血糖的应用

Application of continuous nursing care in hypoglycemia of neonates in the same room of mother and infant

新生儿低血糖症是临床较常见的糖代谢问题,处理不当可造成新生儿中枢神经损伤,甚至危害新生儿的生命。本文从持续性护理的角度,提出在新生儿发生低血糖时,进行常规护理、营养支持、密切观察病情、监测血糖等方面的措施,减少因低血糖造成的危害,保证母婴安全。

neonatal hypoglycemia is a common problem of glucose metabolism in clinic. Improper treatment may cause damage to the central nervous system of the newborn and even endanger the life of the newborn. From the point of view of continuous nursing, this paper puts forward some measures such as routine nursing, nutritional support, close observation of the condition, monitoring of blood sugar and so on, in order to reduce the harm caused by hypoglycemia and ensure the safety of mother and child.
