ER,PR,DAPK3,c-Myc在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of ER, PR, DAPK3 and c-Myc in endometrial carcinoma

目的:探讨子宫内膜癌中的死亡相关蛋白激酶-3 (DAPK3)、 c-Myc的表达及临床意义。方法:收集190例子宫内膜癌患者的病例资料,采用免疫组织化学法对子宫内膜癌组织中的ER, PR, DAPK3、 c Myc表达水平进行检测,对比、分析检测结果。结果:DAPK3、 c-Myc在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性率明显高于正常增生期子宫内膜组织。随FIOG分级升高, ER、 PR、 DAPK3趋向于低表达,而c-Myc相对趋向于高表达。结论:ER、PR、 DAPK3、 c-Myc的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展密切相关,其可能与细胞增殖、凋亡功能的异常有关。

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ER,PR,DAPK3 and c-Myc in endometrial cancer cells.Methods:The data of patients with endometrial cancer were collected.The expression levels of ER,PR,DAPK3 and cMyc in endometrial cancer and normal endometrial tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results:With the increase of FIOG grade,ER,PR and DAPK3 tended to be low expressed,while c-Myc tended to be high expressed.CONCLUSION:Abnormal expression of ER,PR,DAPK3 and c-Myc is closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer,which may be related to abnormal cell proliferation and apoptotic function.
