传承“工匠精神”提升学前教育美术手工教学生命力

摘要 作为培养高素质强技能型人才的高职院校,传承“工匠精神”是时代赋予职业教育新的要求,也是每一名教师需要思考的问题.结合时代背景,以学前教育专业美术手工课程教学为出发点,针对其中课程内容的选择欠科学,教学方法缺乏灵活度,教学思维相对滞后,教学模式有待丰富的问题进行分析,并在传承工匠精神、手工制作的方法和形式、教学方法、教学实践等方面提出改革策略,力求美术手工课更贴近生活,具有鲜活的教育生命力. As a higher vocational college for cultivating the high quality and strong skilled talents,the inheritance of"craftsman spirit"is a new requirement for vocational education,and it is also a question for every teacher to think about.Combining the background of the times,taking the teaching of art manual course in preschool education major as the starting point,this article analyzes some problems that occur in the teaching process such as the selection of the course content is not scientific,the teaching method is lack of flexibility,the teaching thinking is lagging behind,and the teaching mode needs to be enriched.It also puts forward some reform strategies on these aspects:the craftsman spirit inheritance,the manual methods and forms,the teaching methods, and teaching practice,striving to make art manual courses more close to life,with fresh vitality of education.
