简化barbecue复位法治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效分析

Simplified Barbecue Reduction Method for the Treatment of Semicircular Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的探析简化barbecue复位法治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效。方法搜集2015年6月—2017年9月期间在该院进行就诊的60例BPPV患者作为研究对象,对研究对象按照来院的先后就诊顺序分成对照组(采取barbecue复位法)和治疗组(采取简化barbecue复位法),每组各分为30例,分析与比较两组良性阵发性未执行眩晕患者复位后的临床疗效。结果两组良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者近远期疗效比较通过住院期间及出院后门诊复查获得,患者在不同时间眩晕情况,治疗组良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者复位后48 h,复位后第1周,复位后第1个月的眩晕情况,均与对照组患者进行比较,存在显著差异,有可比性,(χ~2=8.965,P<0.05);治疗组良性阵发性置性眩晕患者复位后的总有效率为28例(93.33%),显著高于对照组患者的总有效率20例(66.66%),组间差异,有可比性(χ~2=8.653,P<0.05)。结论应用简化barbecue复位法治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of simplified barbecue reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with semicircular canal.Methods Sixty patients with BPPV who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled.The subjects were divided into the control group(take the barbecue reduction method)and the treatment group according to the order of the patients(simplified barbecue reset method),each group was divided into 30 cases,analysis and comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of benign paroxysmal unexecuted vertigo patients after reduction.Results The short-term and long-term effects of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were obtained by re-examination during hospitalization and post-discharge clinic and patients'dizzy at different times,and the treatment group was treated with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo 48 hours after reset.After the first week,the vertigo in the first month after the reduction was compared with the control group,there were significant differences(χ^2=8.965,P<0.05);the treatment group benign paroxysmal vertigo of the total effective rate after resettlement was 28 case(93.33%),which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group by 20 case(66.66%).The difference between the groups was comparable(χ^2=8.653,P<0.05).Conclusion The simplified barbecue reduction method is effective in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in horizontal semicircular canal,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
