布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline Inhalation in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月—2018年4月在该院收治的78例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为参照组和实验组,每组各39例。参照组采用特布他林雾化吸入治疗,实验组则采取布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的临床疗效以及症状、体征的消失时间。结果实验组治疗的总有效率为95.12%,高于参照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.186,P<0.05);实验组患者咳嗽、哮鸣音等症状消失时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.154、3.369、13.856,P<0.05)。两组均未观察到明显不良反应。结论应用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘能提高临床疗效,促进患者临床症状的改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 78 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with terbutaline inhalation,and the experimental group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation.The clinical efficacy and disappearance time of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the reference group(78.05%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.186,P<0.05).The symptoms of cough,wheezing and other symptoms disappeared in the experimental group and the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.154,3.369,13.856,P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion The application of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
