腹腔镜和微创小切口阑尾切除术治疗老年急性阑尾炎的治疗效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Small Incision Appendectomy in the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis in the Elderly

目的分析腹腔镜和微创小切口阑尾切除术治疗老年急性阑尾炎的治疗效果对比。方法该文中涉及的急性阑尾炎患者一共为118例,在随机分组的方式下,将以上患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者为59例,对照组的患者其手术方案为小切口阑尾切除术,观察组患者的手术方案为腹腔镜阑尾切除术,分析两组患者的手术情况、术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间和对照组的相似(t=1.973 3,P>0.05),但是在术中出血量方面,观察组患者(26.71±6.46)ml,明显少于对照组(39.82±8.79)mL(t=9.231 3,P<0.05),同时,观察组患者的肛门首次排气时间和住院时间分别为(18.59±6.33)h、(4.21±1.38)d明显短于对照组(28.06±7.45)h、(6.03±1.24)d,(t=7.440 6、t=7.535 1,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜的整体效果还是比微创小切口阑尾切除术高,可以减少对患者的损伤,加速患者恢复,安全性较高。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of laparoscopic and minimally invasive small incision appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis in the elderly.Methods A total of 118 patients with acute appendicitis were included in the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group in a randomized method.There were 59 patients in each group.The control group had a small incision appendix resection,the surgical procedure of the observation group was laparoscopic appendectomy,and the operation and postoperative recovery of the two groups were analyzed.Results The operation time of the observation group was similar to that of the control group,(t=1.973 3,P>0.05),but in the intraoperative blood loss,the observation group(26.71±6.46)mL was significantly less than the control group(39.82±8.79)mL,(t=9.231 3,P<0.05).At the same time,the first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(18.59±6.33)h,(4.21±1.38)d were significantly shorter than the control group(28.06±7.45)h,(6.03±1.24)d,(t=7.440 6,t=7.5351,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of laparoscopic surgery is still higher than that of minimally invasive small incision appendectomy,which can reduce the damage to patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,and have higher safety.
