牙周牙髓联合病变应用半导体激光治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Semiconductor Laser Treatment on Periodontal Pulp Combined Disease

目的探讨半导体激光治疗应用在牙周牙髓联合病变患者中的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月—2018年3月牙周牙髓联合病变患者60例进行分组研究,每组30例。对照组按照常规牙周基础治疗、根管治疗处理及盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上加用半导体激光治疗。比较两组效果。结果两组患者治疗前PPD、CAL、mBI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组前述指标均明显低于对照组PPD:(4.01±0.13)mm vs(5.58±0.37)m,;CAL:(1.02±0.12)mm vs (1.26±0.25)mm,;mBI:(0.67±0.13) vs (0.98±0.25),(t=4.031 6、4.021 6、4.890 7,P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高达93.33%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(χ~2=6.059 5,P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗应用在牙周牙髓联合病变患者中可以显著提高临床疗效,而且可以更好地改善患者的PPD、CAL、mBI指标,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of semiconductor laser therapy in patients with periodontal pulp combined disease.Methods 60 patients with periodontal pulp combined disease from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected for group study,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to conventional periodontal treatment,root canal treatment and minocycline hydrochloride ointment.The patients in the observation group were treated with semiconductor laser on the basis of the control group.Compare the two groups of effects.Results The differences of PPD,CAL and mBI between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).The above indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group PPD:(4.01±0.13)mm vs(5.58±0.37)mm;CAL:(1.02±0.12)mm vs(1.26±0.25)mm;mBI:(0.67±0.13)vs(0.98±0.25),(t=4.031 6、4.021 6、4.890 7,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 93.33%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 76.67%(χ^2=6.059 5,P<0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with periodontal pulp combined disease,and can better improve the PPD,CAL,mBI indicators of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
