小儿手足口病人性化护理方法及效果探讨

Discussion on Humanized Nursing Method on Patient Care and Effect of Hand, Foot and Mouth in Children

目的探究小儿手足口病人性化护理方法及效果。方法该次采取随机盲选法,将该院于2017年1月—2018年3月收治的80例手足口病患儿分为两组,其中对照组40例常规护理施行于对照组,人性化护理施行于观察组,对比两组护理效果。结果①在治疗总有效率方面,观察组与对照组分别为97.50%、82.50%,观察组显著高于对照组(χ~2=9.238,P<0.05)。②观察组退热时间、疱疹消退时间均明显快于对照组,观察组住院时间则明显短于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=9.850,9.163,9.304;P<0.05)。③观察组的护理满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.362,P<0.05)。结论人性化护理施行于小儿手足口病护理中,可有效提升治疗效果及护理满意度,值得在临床实践中采纳应用。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing care for children with hand,foot and mouth.Methods A randomized blind selection method was used.80 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups.Among them,40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The humanized nursing was performed in the observation group to compare the effects of the two groups.Results 1.In the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group and the control group were 97.50% and 82.50%,respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(χ^2=9.238,P<0.05).2.The antipyretic time and herpes regression time of the observation group were significantly faster than the control group.The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=9.850,9.163,9.304;P<0.05).3.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=9.362,P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing is effective in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children,which can effectively improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of nursing.It is worthy of adopting in clinical practice.
