心理护理在妊娠护理过程中的应用效果探究

目的探究心理护理在妊娠护理过程中的应用效果。方法选择于2016年5月—2017年5月进入该院产科分娩的120例产妇为研究主体对象,利用随机数字表法将所有产妇划分为对照组及观察组,各组60例;对照组产妇实行常规护理,观察组产妇实行心理护理,对比2组产妇的妊娠结局及负性情绪改善情况。结果①经积极护理后,对照组产后出血1例(1.67%)、剖宫产9例(15.00%)、自然分娩51例(85.00%);对照组产后出血8例(13.33%)、剖宫产26例(43.33%)、自然分娩34例(56.67%)。数据显示,观察组妊娠结果明显优于对照组(χ~2=6.581,5.789,5.516;P<0.05)。②经积极护理后,观察组SDS评分为(12.15±1.13)分,SAS评分为(12.11±1.53)分;对照组SDS评分为(29.51±4.12)分,SAS评分为(28.59±5.73)分。数据显示,观察组负性情绪改善效果明显优于对照组(t=9.493,7.137;P<0.05)。结论妊娠过程实行心理护理干预的效果良好,能改变不良妊娠结局改善负性情绪,对于加快产妇机体恢复具有不可比拟的积极作用;因此,值得在临床护理中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in pregnancy care.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,120 women who entered the hospital for maternity delivery were selected as the main subjects of the study.All the women were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,60 cases in each group.Routine care was performed,and the maternal women were treated with psychological care.The pregnancy outcomes and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results 1.After active nursing,1 case(1.67%)of postpartum hemorrhage,9 cases(15.00%)of cesarean section,51 cases(85.00%)of natural delivery,and 8 cases(13.33%)of postpartum hemorrhage in the control group,26 cases(43.33%)of cesarean section and 34 cases(56.67%)of natural delivery.The data showed that the pregnancy outcome of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^2=6.581,5.789,5.516;P<0.05).2.After active nursing,the SDS score of the observation group was(12.15±1.13)points,the SAS score was(12.11±1.53)points,the SDS score of the control group was(29.51±4.12)points,and the SAS score was(28.59±5.73)points.The data showed that the negative emotion improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(t=9.493,7.137;P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in pregnancy process has a good effect.It can change the negative pregnancy outcome and improve negative emotion.It has an incomparable positive effect on accelerating maternal body recovery.Therefore,it is worthy of being used and promoted in clinical nursing.
