摘要
目的研究全程护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗效果及依从性的影响。方法选取该院2016年12月—2017年12月期间接受雾化治疗的80例小儿哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法的形式将80例患儿平均分为实验组与对照组,每组均为40例。其中,对照组采用常规性护理干预,实验组以此为基础加行全程护理干预,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果与依从性。结果经两组患儿临床护理效果比较分析证实,实验组临床治疗总有效率为95%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为75.0%(χ~2=6.274 5,P=0.012 2),实验组高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总依从率为97.5%,对照组治疗总依从率为80.0%(χ~2=6.134 6,P=0.013 2),实验组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全程护理干预应用于小儿哮喘雾化治疗过程中,能够使患儿治疗依从性不断提高,增强临床治疗效果,优化患儿生活质量,临床推广应用价值明显。
Objective To study the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect and compliance of asthma in children.Methods 80 children with pediatric asthma who underwent nebulization from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.The 80 patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,40 cases each.Among them,the control group used routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group based on this method to add full-course nursing intervention,comparing the clinical treatment effect and compliance of the two groups of children.Results The clinical analysis of the two groups of children showed that the total effective rate was 95.0% in the experimental group and 75.0% in the control group(χ^2=6.274 5,P=0.012 2).The experimental group was higher than the control group.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the experimental group was 97.5%.The total compliance rate of the control group was 80.0%(χ^2=6.134 6,P=0.013 2).The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full-course nursing intervention in the treatment of asthma in children can improve the compliance of children,enhance the clinical treatment effect,optimize the quality of life of children,and have obvious clinical application value.
