综合护理干预对无痛胃肠镜检查患者的情绪的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Emotion of Patients with Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的探讨综合护理在胃肠镜检查中对无痛胃镜检查患者情绪的影响。方法纳入2017年6月—2018年6月在该院门诊行无痛胃肠镜检查的96例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为两组:观察组48例给予综合护理,对照组48例给予常规护理,护理干预前后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者抑郁情况,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价患者焦虑情况,并比较两组检查过中不良反应发生情况,统计患者护理满意度。结果观察组护理后的HAMD评分和HAMA评分分别为(6.50±1.20)分、(6.13±1.52)分,均显著低于对照组的(9.35±1.37)分、(8.94±1.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.613、8.735,P=0.000、0.000);观察组不良反应发生率为18.75%,与对照组的33.33%比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.643,P=0.018);观察组护理满意度为93.75%,与对照组的77.08%比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.547,P=0.000)。结论综合护理在无痛胃肠镜检查患者中的应用,可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少术中不良反应,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the emotion of patients with painless gastroscopy in gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 96 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:48 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care.In the control group,48 patients were given routine nursing.Before and after the nursing intervention,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the patients'depression.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to evaluate the anxiety of the patients,and the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared,the satisfaction degree was collected.Results The HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were(6.50±1.20)points and(6.13±1.52)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(9.35±1.37)points and(8.94±1.65)points,the different was statistically significant(t=10.613,8.735,P=0.000,0.000);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 18.75%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%),the different was statistically significant(χ^2=5.643,P=0.018);the satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,the difference of 77.08% in the control group was statistically significant(χ^2=16.547,P=0.000).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can significantly improve anxiety and depression,reduce adverse reactions during surgery,and improve patient care satisfaction.
