摘要 利用RT-LAB半实物仿真平台,接入真实设备整车控制单元(LCU),实现某交流传动重型轨道车整车控制逻辑算法功能的实时仿真。首先介绍了该系统中半实物仿真平台的硬件结构及基本原理,搭建了实现整车控制逻辑算法功能的电路模型。然后配合LCU进行逻辑算法的测试结果分析,最后通过RT-LAB半实物仿真硬件平台初步实现了LCU逻辑算法功能测试并达到预期要求。 This paper uses RT-LAB hardware in the loop simulation platform to access the real vehicle control unit (LCU), and realizes the real-time simulation of the whole vehicle control logic algorithm function of an AC drive heavy rail vehicle. Firstly, the hardware structure and the basic principle of hardware in the loop simulation platform are introduced, and the circuit model of the whole vehicle control logic algorithm is set up. Then, the test result of logic algorithm is analyzed with LCU. Finally, the function of LCU logic algorithm is tested by RT-LAB hardware platform, and the expected requirement is achieved.
