近年来,为了缓解日益严峻的交通拥堵问题和环境压力,新能源汽车产业取得了长足的发展。基于此背景,从大气污染研究、机动车尾气排放研究、交通拥堵研究和政策经济成本研究四个维度,对新能源汽车的影响及其政策评价演进进行了系统梳理、文献述评和研究展望。

In recent years, in order to alleviate the increasingly serious traffic congestion problems and environmental pressures, the new energy vehicle industry has made great progress. This paper systematically reviewed the literature on the impact of new energy vehicles and its policy evaluation evolution from the four dimensions of air pollution research, motor vehicle exhaust emission research, traffic congestion research and policy economic cost research.
