摘要 通过对电焊焊接中的RCD与接地或接零措施等防触电技术进行深入的研究,明确了RCD与接地或接零措施的防触电安全保护原理,并探讨了RCD技术与接地接零技术之间的关系。通过RCD与接地或接零措施的联合运用,能够大幅降低间接触电防护对保护接零阻抗值与接地电阻的要求,从而实现电焊机触电的直接与间接联合防护,大大提高电焊机的安全性能,进而进一步保障电焊焊接作业的施工安全。 Through in-depth study on RCD and anti-shock technology such as grounding or zero-connection measures in welding, the principle of anti-shock safety protection between RCD and grounding or zero-connection measures is clarified, and the relationship between RCD technology and grounding zero-connection technology is discussed. Through the combination of RCD and grounding or grounding measures, the requirements of zero impedance value and grounding resistance for protection of indirect contact protection can be greatly reduced, thus realizing the direct and indirect joint protection of electric shock of welding machine, greatly improving the safety performance of welding machine, and further ensuring the construction safety of welding operation.
